There is no lifeguard on duty. No diving. Swim at your own risk.
Water balloons are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
Individuals under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
No street clothes are permitted in the pool. Proper swim wear only. Cut off shorts are not allowed.
Oils should not be used in the pool and should not be used on lounge furniture without a towel.
No running or unnecessary loud noises permitted at any time. No rough play.
Glass, smoking, alcohol, gum, and food items are not permitted at the pool.
The pool gate must remain closed and latched at ALL times. Do not prop the gate open.
Pets are not permitted within the gated pool area.
Climbing is not permitted on or around the gate. Do not stand on the pool furniture.
Please help maintain restroom cleanliness.
Be respectful to our community areas as well as its members.
A pool key fob and restroom key may be obtained through the offices of Snow Property Services for a cost of $10.00 each ($20.00 total).
Protect your investment and help keep our our community pool clean and operational.
If you witness anyone abusing the pool area and/or equipment or notice any violation of pool
rules, please contact our HOA Manager and as a property owner, awlays feel free to address the
issue directly and appropriately. Vandalism and trespassing are serious issues that will not be
tolerated and both are punishable by law.
Property Management reserves the right to close the pool or deny use to anyone at anytime.
Please note that all homeowners must be current on their HOA monthly dues to use the amenities.
